1.1. Non-Delivery of Services: If we fail to deliver the services as outlined in our agreement, you may be eligible for a refund.

1.2. Cancellation Within the Grace Period: If you decide to cancel your subscription within 7 days of the initial payment, you may be eligible for a full refund. After this grace period, refunds may be prorated.

3. Non-Refundable Circumstances

3.2. Non-Compliance with Terms: If you breach our Terms and Conditions or engage in activities that void guarantees, your eligibility for a refund may be affected.

4. Prohibited Actions

4.1. Chargebacks: Initiating a chargeback without prior communication with us may result in the cancellation of your services and forfeiture of any refund eligibility.

5. Recurring Subscriptions

5.1. Automatic Renewals: Our subscriptions are recurring and will automatically renew at the end of each paid subscription period. If you wish to cancel a recurring subscription, you must do so before the renewal date to avoid further charges.
