Terms and Conditions for ROILift Services
Please read these Terms and Conditions (“Agreement”) carefully before using the services provided by ROILift (“we,” “us,” or “our”). By using our services, you agree to comply with and be bound by the following terms and conditions:
Prior Conditions
The client confirms that there are no duplicate sites, duplicate content, redirects, or doorway pages associated with their website.
The client affirms that they have not engaged in link exchanges with link farms or used any spamming techniques that may negatively impact their website’s ranking with Google.
We do not provide a 100% guarantee for specific search engine rankings or quantify the level of increased traffic or sales resulting from our services.
All fees are payable in advance and are non-refundable under any circumstances. If the client makes changes to optimized pages without our consent or fails to implement recommended changes, any guarantee provided becomes void.
Ethical SEO Policy
We follow an ethical SEO policy and may void guarantees if the client participates in undesirable actions deemed harmful by search engines, such as hidden links, link-farming, page redirects, cloaking, and spamming techniques.
We reserve the right to use client websites, designs, layouts, and collateral for advertising and marketing purposes, including portfolio examples and case studies, until instructed otherwise by the client.
Assignment of Specific Rights
Client agrees to provide ROILift with FTP and backend admin access for on-page optimization purposes.
Client grants permission for direct communication with third parties, if necessary, for effective service delivery.
Access to existing website traffic statistics is required for analysis and tracking.
Client authorizes the use of logos, trademarks, images, and content for creating articles and other SEO-related uses.
If the client’s site lacks content, they agree to provide additional text content for creating richer web pages.
Non-Disclosure Agreement
Client agrees to maintain strict confidentiality regarding ROILift’s confidential information and not to use or disclose it without written consent.
Client will not publicly criticize ROILift, its employees, associates, or partners, and will refrain from seeking SEO advice that reflects negatively on the company.
Breach of the non-disclosure agreement may result in payment of reasonable damages to ROILift.
End of Contract or Cancellation
This contract ends when all specified obligations are fulfilled or can be terminated due to breach or mutual agreement.
Contract can be terminated due to impossibility caused by man-made or natural calamities.
Cancellation requires 30 days written notice after the initial 30 days.
Copyright Protection
While we maintain copyright protection, limited downloading, copying, and distribution of website information is allowed for non-commercial purposes, provided copyright notices are retained. Modifying or unauthorized use of website information is prohibited without prior written consent.
Refunds and Renewals
ROILift does not offer prorated refunds for canceled subscriptions.
It’s the client’s responsibility to evaluate our services before selecting a paid plan.
All subscriptions are recurring and renew automatically.

By using our services, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree with any part of this Agreement, please do not use our services. These Terms and Conditions are subject to change, and the updated version will be posted on our website with an effective date.

There will be no refunds or credits for partial months of service, upgrade/downgrade refunds, or refunds for months.

    • Design simple image and text ads aligned with promotions.
    • Use call-to-action buttons like "Call Now" or "Book Appointment."
    • A/B test, creatives and track clicks and calls.
    • Review ad performance and refine targeting monthly.
    Review & Reputation Management
    • Monitor Google and Facebook reviews weekly.
    • Flag spam/inappropriate reviews.
    • Prepare personalized response templates
    • Request reviews via follow-up emails or links.
    • Share top reviews on social media.
    • Monthly sentiment report and suggestions for improvement.
    Website SEO & Optimization
    • Conduct SEO audit on homepage and top product pages.
    • Improve meta titles, descriptions, and URL structure.
    • Optimize product images
    • Add schema markup for products.
    • Improve internal linking and product categorization.
    • Submit sitemap and fix crawl errors.
    Marketplace SEO (Amazon, Etsy, eBay etc.)
    • Keyword research for 2 top-performing products.
    • Optimize product titles, bullets, and backend keywords.
    • Optimize listing images and A+ content (if applicable).
