White label SEO is SEO execution done by ROILift and delivered under your agency’s brand. Your agency sells the retainer, owns the client relationship, and keeps the margin. ROILift handles the technical work, on-page optimization, content, link building, and monthly reporting, all branded with your agency’s name, logo, and contact details. The end client never knows ROILift is involved. Also called SEO reseller services, depending on how your agency talks about it internally.

What it is

Full SEO execution (technical, on-page, content, link building, reporting) delivered under your agency’s brand. You sell, we execute, the client sees only your name.

Digital marketing agencies, web design agencies, PPC agencies, and freelancers who want to offer SEO without hiring an in-house team.

Technical SEO, on-page optimization, content production, link building, local SEO, WordPress SEO, monthly reporting. Essentially, every service available in SEO services as white label

Monthly reports with your branding, client-facing dashboards with your logo, email templates with your contact details. Set up in week one

How We Protect Your Client Relationships
Four Rules We Don't Break

Most agency owners considering a reseller provider arrive with the same fear: the provider will cut corners, the client will notice,
and the agency takes the reputation hit. Or worse, the provider contacts the client directly and takes the account.

Every piece cites primary sources, original research, first-hand accounts, expert interviews, or ROILift’s own client data where the topic is worth citing. If the piece is a rehash of what already ranks, it doesn’t ship. What Google’s helpful-content system rewards, and what readers share, is genuine information gain: something in this piece that isn’t in the pieces above it.

For YMYL topics and technical categories, drafts route through a subject-matter expert on your team or from ROILift’s network, not just a professional writer with a research doc. This is slower and costs more per piece. It also produces content that professionals in your space will actually endorse.

Every piece is checked against currently-ranking content on the same query before ship. If our draft is 70% overlap with what already ranks, we rewrite. The bar is either a genuinely new angle, a real information gain, or better structure, not just a better paraphrase.

AI is used for outlining, research collation, and first-draft framing where it helps. It is not used for the final draft. Google’s helpful-content signal in 2026 catches scaled AI content at the domain level, and the categories where it’s worked the last few years are collapsing quickly. Anyone selling you ‘AI-powered content marketing services at scale’ is selling you a penalty risk with a marketing deck attached.

What White Label SEO
Services Actually Covers

The service is not a separate SEO methodology. It’s the same SEO work ROILift delivers to direct clients, executed on your agency’s clients and branded as yours. The difference is operational: who owns the client relationship (you), who does the work (us), and whose name is on the report (yours).

Working white-label SEO covers three layers that most SEO reseller programs skimp on: the execution layer (actual SEO work, not just a report with recommendations your team has to implement), the communication layer (branded reporting that your agency can present without awkwardness), and the coordination layer (a dedicated partner manager at ROILift who knows your agency’s clients, your agency’s positioning, and what your account managers need to look smart on calls).

Where the service sits versus adjacent options: hiring an in-house SEO means payroll, management, and training. Freelance SEO means variable quality and no branded reporting. A partnership with ROILift means consistent execution, branded deliverables, and a team that scales with your client count without scaling your payroll.

What's Included

The retainer ships the same deliverables per client, every month. Published here so you can sell against this list with confidence.

Technical SEO audit and ongoing monitoring

Site health, Core Web Vitals, crawl errors, schema deployment, indexation review. Audit in month one, monitoring monthly

On-page optimization

Metadata, heading structure, content depth, internal linking on decided pages per month per client. Pages prioritized by money-term potential

Content production

Agreed pieces per month per client (blog posts, landing page copy, location pages for local SEO). Written by human writers, not AI-generated. Approved by your agency before delivery to the client

Link building

Agreed links per month per client from real sites with real traffic. No PBNs, no link farms, no purchased directory listings. Anchor strategy documented

Branded monthly report

Rankings, organic traffic, conversions, work completed, next month's plan. Your agency's logo, name, and contact details on every page. PDF or live dashboard, your choice

Dedicated partner manager

One point of contact at ROILift who knows your clients, your positioning, and your account managers. Available on Slack, email, or scheduled calls

Where it broke How you'd spot it What fixes it
Provider shipped thin work under your brand
Client asks a question about the monthly report and your AM can’t answer it because the work was surface-level checkboxes, not real SEO. Client starts losing trust in your agency

Execution at direct-client quality. The work ships as if ROILift’s own name were on it. Pre-call briefings so your AM can speak to the specifics

Provider contacted your client directly
Your client mentions ‘someone from the SEO team’ emailed them, and it wasn’t your team. Or worse, the client calls the provider’s office number from a forwarded email

Zero direct contact, contractually enforced. All client communication routes through your agency. No exceptions

Reports were generic templates with no real insight
Monthly report is a Semrush or Ahrefs export with a logo swap. Client can get that themselves for $99/month and asks why they’re paying your agency

Reports include narrative commentary on what changed, why it matters, and what’s planned next month. Written for the client’s level of sophistication, not for SEO practitioners

Link building was PBN or spam quality
Manual review of the backlink profile shows private blog networks, low-quality directories, and link farms. Client gets a manual action from Google. Your agency takes the blame

Real links from real sites with real traffic. Every link source vetted before placement. Anchor strategy documented. Quality checked monthly

No dedicated contact, tickets instead of conversations
Every request goes into a support queue. Your account manager waits 48 hours for a response about a client issue. Client escalates to your agency owner

Dedicated partner manager on Slack or email. Same person every time. Quick response and SLA

Provider raised prices or dropped quality at scale
First three clients were good. At client 10, the work got thinner because they stretched the same team across more accounts without hiring

Tiered pricing with defined scope per tier. Quality monitored at every tier. Partner manager flags capacity issues before they affect output

What is white label SEO, and how does it work?

ROILift does the SEO execution (audits, optimization, content, link building, reporting) on your agency’s clients, branded entirely as your agency. Your client never sees ROILift’s name. You sell the retainer at your own price, you own the relationship, and you keep the margin between what you charge and what you pay us at wholesale.

Mostly the same thing with different terminology. SEO reseller typically describes the same model: your agency resells SEO that another company executes. At ROILift, the SEO reseller program includes branded reporting, a dedicated partner manager, and pre-call briefings, which not all reseller programs offer. The execution quality is the differentiator, not the label.

No. Every report, dashboard, and document carries your branding. All communication routes through your agency. The partner agreement includes a non-solicit clause preventing ROILift from contacting your clients directly. Your clients see your brand, your team, your work. That’s the point.

We would suggest you should have minimum 10 clients to start a partnership. Below that, the setup overhead (branded templates, partner manager assignment, communication protocols) isn’t proportional. If you have only one SEO client right now, a freelancer is the honest recommendation until you grow to the threshold. We’d rather say so now than take a partnership that’s uneconomical for either side.

Common. Many agency partners have a junior SEO person handling basic tasks and use the partnership for heavier execution (technical audits, link building, content at scale). The retainer scopes to the gaps in your team, not to replacing your team entirely. We discuss the division on the partner call.

Yes, we do. Each service runs on its own retainer and partnership structure. Most agency partners start with SEO because it’s the hardest to hire for and the highest margin.

I own a small Kitchen and bath remodeling company in Arizona. I had ROILIFT build me a new website along with fixing major problems with reach and advertising. They were super professional, and worked with me every step of the way. If your looking for a great team I wouldn't look any further. Jake and his team have given me the results my small business has been needing for growth and visibility. Very happy customer! Thank you ROILIFT!

I’ve had such a wonderful experience working with Ellie Williams at ROILift Technologies. From the beginning, she has been kind, patient, responsive, and genuinely interested in understanding my business and what I’m trying to accomplish. As a small business owner, my business is very personal to me, and Ellie has always made me feel like my ideas, concerns, and opinions matter. She listens when I explain what I want, is open to my feedback, and never makes me feel like I’m being difficult when I ask questions or want something changed. What I appreciate most is that working with Ellie feels like a collaboration. She doesn’t just check things off a list she takes the time to understand the direction I want for Milo’s Mealworms and helps me figure out how to bring my ideas to life. It’s rare to find someone who is both professional and genuinely caring about the work they’re doing. I’m very grateful to have Ellie working with me and would absolutely recommend her and ROILift Technologies.⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐

I had been thinking about redesigning my website when I recevied a solicitation email from ROILift talking about SEO optimization and website generation. I replied to Neil who quickly set me up with Van, Priya and the rest of the team under George. After some development, many changes and many calls explaining exactly what I needed, I am happy to say that my website is now as I imagined. It took a little longer than I orignally thought, but we finally got the infrastructure just right for my needs. George definitely helped push it along when I got frustrated, but him and the whole team are very patient and dedicated to meeting and exceeding your needs and expectations. I am going to go ahead with their SEO package now, knowing that they are honest and hard working people.

New to SEO but Elsa Salvatore and her team have educated me and made the transition very easy. Handyman LLC is not getting triple the hits in just three weeks of optimization. Roilift is reasonably priced, aggressive in there position and understanding of my business. Great to work with and I would recommend Elsa and her team highly.

I had the pleasure of working with Rose Salvatore at ROILift for nearly a year. Throughout our engagement, Rose was consistently professional, responsive, and easy to work with. She kept me informed every step of the way — sharing work for my review, sending monthly reports, and always making time for a call whenever I had questions. She was unfailingly polite, patient, and pleasant, and I always felt my account was in attentive, caring hands. I wish Rose and her team continued success.
